Registration forms can be printed and mailed in, or participants can
register at the front desk the day of the conference.
The deadline for mail-in registration is March 19, 2012 (postmarked).
Registration fees can be paid by enclosing a check with the mailed registration form or by cash or check the day of the conference. Download the registration form below:
